Today is 6/12/11. I had to share the beauty and magic that my system is producing. Tonites Moon will be its 39th since I planted from seed. The solar lights help to keep the plants photosynthesizing during the night. Did you know that if a plant during total darkness is subjected to 3 watts of light or more > for a mere three to five minutes it will cause the plant to photosynthesize for an hour thereafter the five minute subjection to light? During the sprout/seedling stage I did this with a flashlights several times a night every couple of hours for three to five minutes at at time. Food for thought.
