Hi Sandra,
You have probably already come across gardenpool.org, but in case not, I mention it here.
Le me also point out the Sacramento Aquaponics group here (under Groups in the green banner at the top of the main page), in case you're interested. I know one other person in Sac area who was doing a pool but haven't had contact with her for a while.
