living in downtown Sacramento. Current set-up is mainly a "raft" system (a la Glenn Martinez's "trayponics" design) in 10' x 12' greenhouse. Planning on getting trout fingerlings 11/2012...

    Hi Paul. I'm new to this and designing my system. I'm confused about the Tilapia rules on California. I'm here in Sacramento as well so I thought I would reach out and ask if Tilapia is allowed for someone like me who is a hobbist and wants an awesome way to grow our food to feed our family.
