Lots of info on us on our blog..http://lasenda-ecovillage.blogspot.com/ (first post is on aquaponics) Have been developing this ecovillage effort for 7 months now..Have a protected growing tray area as part of the plan..Ponds I excavated after building a berm along the river two years ago. Fish population-tilapia-have been there over a year now so figure the ponds must have balanced themselves as no dead fish. Water enters the ponds underground from the river-so water is same level. Will solar pump water to tanks on hill behind complex and gravity feed it thru gardening areas and growing trays- and back to the ponds. Great to find your website- nice to connect with others that recognize what a closed system between fish & plants offers.
