Hi Phil-
Good to see you have your own group. I'm not on the West coast but I enjoy your posts and believe you are a wealth of information. Been thinking of growing and breeding my own tilapia but this may have to be done indoors. Central Wisconsin gets awfully cold during the winter like -20 to -30°F.
