I just finished the house now I am trying build the different componants. The core is gravel growbeds and concrete fish tanks. I bought a used greenhouse off craigs list. I am so glad to meet others in the area. I am happy to help you if I can. I am interested in exchanging ideas and visiting other projects in the area. Hoping to create a small type of community garden.

Hi Denise. I am so glad your willing to help others. It sounds like you have a very large set up. I hope to drive down to see it some day. I'm still setting up my frames , I have a ways to go yet. I'll have lots of questions for you soon. I'm just getting started and I'm so happy you and Randy came aboard.

Hi Charles and Randy,  I am from Newnan Ga.

I just put up a 28 x 96 greenhouse with 20 X14 fish lean-to greenhouse.  I have been hoping to find others in the area interested in aquaponics.  My growbeds have been going since june.  I am trying to go solar but have not much experience in that area yet. I am working with pea gravel beds ebb & flow, towers, wicking beds and raft systems are currently being built. I have experience with fish and plants.  I also have some experience with aquatic plumbing and sumps, electrical from the pond industry. Hoping to help others and collaborate on aquaponics.

Great! I'm from WR. I played Football for the first FB team at NSHS. I went to Virtnam in 1965 and returned to Atlanta where I have been since. I'll have pix and we will get this thing going.

Hi Charles, I'm new at aquaponics myself and am interested in adding a lean-to greenhouse to my work shop.  Please post lots of pictures of your construction details as you go. I'm about a hour down the road from you in Warner Robins.

"Feb. 9, 13. I  steaked out the lay-out of the 16x32 Greenhouse. Next step is to bend my 1 1/2" Galvanized steel pipe on a 30 degree slop."

I am in the early stages of erecting my 16x32 greenhouse in McDonough, Georgia. I will be constructing a Aquaponic system with a 300 gal. fish tank and I could use all the help there is in this area.

I am a retired home builder with unlimited experience in structural, electrical and plumbing trades. However this is new to me. If you live in the Atlanta area please contact me.
