Ok, so the 11/2 male with a nut would work but, there is still the issue of reaching the bottom rings to install the nuts. I am not giving up! I like this idea. I'm thinking vice grips and length of PVC and duct tape! Any better ideas are gladly welcome:)

Nice! That's a fantastic idea! The only problem may be how to reach the inside of the tube in order to install the nut on the fitting. I am going to see if they just thread right in...brb...

Hi JRComito,

I went and looked at your page and saw pics of your grow tower. You can buy  plumbing fittings. It looks like the holes are 2" if so get 2" 45 degree male adapters from the plumbing department(they are at Home Depot) and 2" lock nuts from the electrical dept. If you need more help call me 407-844-3243.

Thanks,

Patrick

JRComito,

Can you please put a picture of the grow tower up so I can see what the problem is?

Thanks,

Patrick

Hi folks,

I have a question you may help me find an answer to. I have a vertical tower made of 6" PVC and holes cut in it for 2" net pots. How can I keep the fluids inside and not let it shoot out the sides of the thing? I am currently using rock wool cubes in the net pots as supporting structure for the roots.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I was not trying to bee confrontational, sorry. I wrote it at 2 in the morning, so my wording was not as good as it could have been.  Sorry, aquaeroponia; have a nice day everyone. @Patrick, sorry if this message should be in a e-mail.

Aquaeroponia, do you have any other pics of your system and how it works on the inside?
