What one does with their fish

Last night Daniel made fish curry with tilapia as the fish.  The fish were around 1.5 pounds.  He used curry powder and we shucked some coconuts and grated them and put this in with the rest of the ingredients.  It was outstanding in Hawiaian the word is ONO  We made salad from the lettuce, beet, green, swiss chard, cucumber, and eggplant from the beds and rafts.  The food really helps out because I have to feed my WWOOFers and they learn just how valuable the system is.  Aquaponics is the King.
