I converted one side of the greenhouse to 2 rows of 5 stacks hanging from 2 parallel stainless pipes.  The pots are filled with medium coir chips with a 2" layer of Nates media in the bottom.  Each stack has 6 pots.  I transplanted lettuce to all of these pots. You can see that I hung them on Rope with Stainless snap clips. Each stack has a 1/2" pvc sched 40 pipe which is hung at the top. Each stack has a Vertigro roto disc on the bottom held in place with a stainless cotter pin.   Each 1/2 pvc pipe has a 3/4 inch schedule 20 thin wall pipe around it to allow the stacks to rotate.
These seems to work just fine.

These stacks flow to the DWC bed below.
I built a 36" x 16" high by 16ft long DWC float bed.  This flows through a 2" overflow pipe to the sump now.  It will be going to the second  24" DWC float bed to be built on the North side. it will also have a 12" x 12" x 16' gravel bed on the back side of it.
The Fish tank will have a SLO siphon to this gravel bed and then to the DWC float bed. The two DWC float beds will become the sump.

You can see lots of photos and details on my album

So far I am half way there.
