Microgreens and Sprouts in Deep Water Rafts

Does anyone have and photos or examples of starting and growing microgreen areas in a DWC system?

On the same topic I'm ordering a roll of the Sure-To-Grow medium. Anyone have experience with this stuff?

Kind of makes me second guess using it if people stop selling it because of food safety. I'd like to think that a shop like that would be the experts although in my industry the shops and their owners and employees are often the most uninformed.

Wouldn't water bottles be food grade?
