Pillow Dome Geodesic Dome

I had a converstation with several folks about Geodesic Domes. While at New Alchemey I got to work on the Pillow Dome. I had already built several domes. Dome homes, Greenhouses and even a huge Barreltruss dome. So here is the NAI link to the Pillow dome report. There are lots of references to the progress of the dome and the growth in it.

An excellent project. Need to find the people who maintained the dome and find out any improvements they thought it needed as time went by. Also where the materials came from and their present availability.

FYI Tefzel is almost $5/sq ft even when its only .001 thick. At 5 mil its $19/sq ft.
