Food Hubs

While I'm not a commercial grower, I understand that there are a ton of issues to work through in order to make a commercial operation profitable.  One of those is logistics and distribution.  Ran across this article today about the creation of local Food Hubs to facilitate distribution of locally grown food.  What do you think?

Wow Sylvia, very very interesting :)  This is exactly the business model I was looking to establish.  My hope would be to knit together a group of AP farms across south Georgia and north Florida to establish a hub.  I didn't know that was what it was called :P
