Tilapia fingerlings

I am trying to find a contact to acquire tilapia fingerlings here in Ontario Canada. I see there are lots of fish farms listed on "Canada411" for perch and trout but none for tilapia.

Did you manage to find Tilapia fingerlings?
I'm considering bringing some back across the US border next week.

The more I research, the more questions I have... Maybe Trout or Artic Char would be a better choice for our Canadian climate? I winter the Tilapia indoors.
