black solder flys

does any one know if black solder flys are present in the thunder bay region.

Hi Robert,

From my readings the BSF's don't do well in cooler temperatures. The grow best above 20C and prefer temperatures closer to 30C. I think it is unlikely that you will find them in T-bay. I would be interested to hear how well your colony works out if you start it from scratch with a purchase as Cai has recommended.
