I'm currently in the process of reading a book that Michael Cosmo lent me.
Freshwater Aquaculture by William McLarney
It might be a little out of date. I believe originally published in 1984 and it also has 1998 listed but I don't have the impression that much was changed for the later date. Anyway, perhaps a little out of date in some respects but it still has boat loads of interesting information and I'm currently trying to figure out how to make use of some of that information to help feed my catfish a more natural diet. I'm still not quite half way though the book but I'm thankful to Michael for letting me borrow it.
