Neem flour and Microorganisms

I wanted to know if Neem Flour (a botanical insecticide) will kill beneficial microorganisms.

where I have compiled microscope video samples of my compost tea over a 44 hour period some of which were steeped in neem flour.

I would appreciate any help you can offer especially if I you are familiar with differentiating aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
