Yellow Perch?

I might be able to get my hands on some Yellow Perch, does anyone here have any experience or advise on this fish?

Ellen growing power in wisconsin is growing them successfully. The only neg is that they grow a little slow like bluegill.

The current plan is from Stoney Creek Fisheries in Grant, but I was on the phone this morning with folks who think we should rear our own.  Time will tell.  For now, I think buying fingerlings is plenty of a jump for us being new in AP.
