Special Sexing Tank

Many people suggest watching behavior of tilapia in order to sex them. This however presents problems of having the ability to observe behavior to determine the sex of fish. A second problem is that of catching the fish. A third problem is stressing the fish in the catching process.

What we need is some bright soul to design a shallow tank with sections where fish can be corraled for easy removal. Who will take the challenge?
