Providing Lighting 24 hours.

Hi,

 

I have an aquaponic system in my backyard and normally we would turn on the backyard lights at night for safety reason. Hence this created a 24 hours lighting for my plants and would like to know anything wrong with that?

No worries Vlad, I wasn't offended, just making sure you weren't.

I have about 6-8kw of aquarium heaters running. Lame. What was I thinking when I chose tilapia? I think if I had 6-8kw of light instead, with ballasts under fish tanks, then everything would fare better, and may help with condensation as well. My greenhouse is soaked at night from the condensation. Summertime no worries, because I don't need the light or the heat then.
