Need Advice On My Indoor Aquaponic Lettuce & Crawfish/Tilapia

My system had been no improvement on the plant since few weeks ago.

Been keep trying few different way to find the root cause and solution on my system.

The plant grow well until it's have first leave then it slowly dead.
I am using 3" PVC pipe, sponge and coco coir as grow media to see if any difference.

The LED grow light is 2W bulb and another 10W bulb.
Water pump had been upgrade to higher wattage (50W) and stronger water flow.
Water level in the pipe had reach 10% to 20% net pot bottom.
Water temperature are in range 26'C to 29'Celcius.
PH level 6.0 to 7.0. I add some baking soda when i found the PH drop to 6.
Seed start to germinate after 3 days and it's grow looked like in the picture.
It's been 2 week and i don't see any improvement yet. Finally the plant fall and dead.

I suspect the problem is due to my LED grow light and water nutrient.

Any advice or other suggestion for my system?

your problem may be a combination of factors. light, too moist/damp medium (causes damping-off) to name a few. lettuce grows best when hardened after germination, before transplanting to your grow medium. Try using a wick instead of directly submerging the base of your net pots.

Thanks Yron. I had another lettuce which placed outdoor and should be less moist compared to indoor.

For the light issue, any other solution for my system?

And is there any sample photo of using the wick you mentioned?

How far away are you keeping those grow lights from your seedlings? They do look a little leggy; they might not be getting enough light.

Hi Alex, i place this 2W grow light about 20cm away from the seedlings.
Any advice which type of LED grow light suitable for my lettuce?

I had just change my 2W led grow light to 10W.

Not sure if this can improved.

I don't know much but I think you need a lot more light those plants are most definitely stretching. You can put LEDs as close to plants as possible.
