Hey folks, my home water supply is registering 8.2 - 8.4 and has been for years. I have been looking around for a supply with a lower pH and finally found one close to home. This alternate supply is pH 7.6. I would like to take advantage of this short term freshet (snow melt). My question is how fast should I introduce this supply into my 200gal. system? It will be 5 gal buckets at a time. I will check the pH with every addition.

I think that adding five gallons at a time shouldn't be a concern in any way.
