Just throwing this out there... I'll be attending the event and will be sending out bits of information from the event onto Twitter from my @FreshWithEdge account with the hashtag of #APConf12.
I'd love to hear from others out in the community at the event as well!
Are you registered yet? Rates go up tomorrow...
Please put me down for attending? I can't wait to see everyone at this conference.
Aloha,
I wish I could. What courses would you recommend to take to gain education credit towards getting a loan approval for ag. land to start a commercial aquaponics farm?
The cost of land on Oahu is sky high and gaining experience for ap.'s is hard to come by.
Sproutable Comunties is a national charity I have started to help people grow in any environment. We have been created to help people empower themselves and bring food production to the local level. We are also trying to empower people to create their own local businesses in order to survive and thrive through anything.
It's more than just growing, it's about learning.
Vickie, you can find the answers to your questions and more if you go to the Association website here - http://aquaponicsassociation.org/ - and hover over the Conference tab. There are pages for the schedule, the speakers, accommodations, etc. And, yes, the Sheraton is offering a very nice rate for the conference!
Great Nate! What is a "sproutable community"?
