Interesting system.  Once the days begin to get longer, my broccoli is soon done.

Plants are looking good. The broccoli might be bolting like that because of the temp in the greenhouse. Broccoli is a cool weather crop and is tough to grow in warmer climates. To help with the turbid water you might want to add a couple more media beds. It will provide you with the needed mechanical filtration to help remove suspended matter from the water that is causing the cloudiness. It will also eliminate the need for a seperate bio-filter. The media beds even provide a spot for mineralization to occur so your plants can suck up all nutrients. Plus you get more real estate for some new plants ;)
