CFL vs LED

Just wondering which gives the plants a better grow light?. I see a lot of ppl using cfl lights and watched some youtube videos where others have had great success with led grow lights. What are some of the pros and cons for each one that you have found?

i have 2  kinds of leds running one 80 watt ufo.  and some rigid 12 volt running off a car battery charger its also running 2 computer fans. 

the ufo was around 100$ it has fans and power supply in it.

the other cost 20$ without the power supply that was another 20$

i supplement everything with fluorescent

LED lights tend to be very expensive upfront, but are a bit more electricity efficient. I have ~3000W of Black Dog LED and can vouch they work very well.
