This critter has shown up on our tomatoes again. Somebody tell me what this thing is and if I should terminate it.

After every rain, I can count on tons of Cuban tree frog tads in and around my system. The fish get every one. The frogs are non native so I don't feel too badly about it.

Yesterday I had at least 100 tadpoles in the pond, they were gone today.
I'm certain the tilapia ate them after further review. I was so happy to see the tadpoles in the pond too, doh! So the lyfe cycle continues.. :)

I am thinking of putting a few of the channel cats in the DWC with the tadpoles. It's 20'x4', so catchng all the tadpoles would be more challenging than catching the fish. That would solve the problem though.

Feed them to the fish

Okay, I have no doubt the tadpoles are eating the roots of my plants.

Our DWC is loaded with tadpoles. On the up side, there are no mosquito larvae, but I am afraid the tadpoles may be feasting on the roots of the plants. What, if anything, should I do?

keep in mind that red claws may also require permits (not sure there)

While crawfish my seen easier, remember that they can go walkies and they are pretty good escape artists.
