I am in Illinois and not ready for any fish yet but may I ask why you want to get rid of your Blue Tilapia?

Comment by C. Reinke on October 3, 2012 at 3:37pm

I am getting rid of all of my Blue Tilapia. I have three breeding colonies and 100+ 2-3" fish. I am in South Central Virginia and would trade them for almost anything. Let me know if you are interested. reinkec2006@gmail

thanks for the reply Terri would like to get the specs on this and build one and try please let me know thanksJOHN

@John, I made it but haven't had the opportunity use it. I talked to the guy in the video to get the specs, so it should work.

All the parts came from Lowes. I'm working on a design manual with pics for another person. It might be cheaper for you to build it yourself, especially when you factor in shipping costs.

terri did you make this air lift and have you used it, what are you asking for it thanks JOHN T.

Comment by Terri Mikkola on September 27, 2012 at 12:26pm

Selling high output air lift pump 3000 gph - needs a 20 lpm air compressor. The output has not been verified. Price is negotiable.

The design is based on this pump  -

I'm moving across the country and have a ton of fish and equipment that I need to liquidate. I'm in Northern Virginia and I have an outdoor system I will be dismantling before the first freeze, plus a working indoor system. I have several large tilapia as well as a few dozen fingerlings. I have growbed stands, lights, pumps, tubing, food, airstones, air pumps, heaters, aquarium decor, testing equipment, water treatments, timers, extension cords, you name it, if it is part of aquaponics, I have it. Any money collected will be put toward a new farm at my new location where I will rebuild my system again. But I don't want to pay for storage while that happens and I would rather see my equipment go to a good home. You are welcome to stop by and see the equipment working in situ before you made a decision. All equipment will be sold for 60% of what I paid for it and will be dismantled and cleaned before transfer. Feel free to contact me for more information. My email is breezy2u at gmail.

Thanks!

Sorry to have to let you know that the hoop houses were all sold to one person. I had hoped that some of the AP community could have bought them.

I have about six healthy, large, wildly breeding tilapia for pick up (free to good home) in the Denver/Boulder area.  I've decided to raise the babies this year instead of the big guys.  email me at j o h n @ a e r o g r o w dot com to arrange pick up.
