The Urban Farm Nursery Project

I stopped in a Greg Peterson's Urban Farm nursery north of Glendale on 12th Street today to see about his plant inventory. This nursery is a few months old and most plants come from Vilardi Gardens. Greg asked me to look at a pond in the nursery to see what I thought about building an aquaponic system from it. Its got to be temporary as they are moving in a year. Ive saw great potential in it as it only needs growbeds. If anyone has ideas for a natural looking growbed please let me know.

This rendering is my design for the Urban Farm Nursery, because its in a nursery it should be pleasing to the eye as well as very functional.

Nice idea, David. I like the waterfall idea. What size is his pond & what fish does he have in it? Can you incorporate a sump?
