These guys were 1" long, May 20th 2012. We started with 60 and lost 4 or 5 along the way. We started eating them at about 10 months. The ones that we ate ranged from 1.5 lb. to 2 lbs. There is one in the tank now that has got to be pushing 2.5. The kids call him "Big Fred". Found our first fingerlings in the swirl filter 3 weeks ago.
