Looking nice Craig.

Aquatic eco-systems sells uniseals. They also sell 'economy' bulkheads. I think they are ABS plastic and a lot cheaper then the pvc ones. They are almost as cheap as the uniseals.

I think I also saw uniseals and bulkheads, at US Plastic

Bulk head fittings are expensive...  Have you checked out the Uniseal?  They work great, are fairly cheap and can be ordered/shipped straight to your house.  P.S. your system is looking good, love your biofilter..
