Acrylic from home depot. this was easier to do than i would have thought.

cut the hole, drill the middle top and middle bottom hole, with some help to hold it. once you put the two middle bolts in you can drill the rest of the holes. once your ready, remove the bolts, put a fat bead of silicon around the hole and carefully put the glass in place, again starting in the middle. clean and enjoy. PS the stainless steel screws dont have to be very long 1/2" - 3/4" is plenty. They are about an inch and ½ apart.

Is that just plexiglass in the tank side that is bolted?   nice to have a window on how the fish are doing.
