I would only use the MIG welder.  You need to weld everything so it's strong.  I suppose you could bolt it together but that's a lot of work to drill all the holes (making that area of the steel pipe weaker).  I'm self taught on the MIG...they are really easy to use....just the up-front investment for the equipment....

Great video!! My first system is having some slight warping issues because I used wood and have a small leak. I am hoping the issues stay slight (I recently covered the boards with plastic liner and the bowing seems to have stopped)...is there a way to get this put up with no welding experience? I am thinking maybe the steel can be cornered together with cinder blocks...::brainstorming::
