Bell siphons are simply a length of PVC for the outlet, and a V8 Fusion jug with the bottom cut out with 3 flanges plus additional holes punched about 1/2" up from the bottom. The pea gravel holds it in place. If I want the levels of the water to be higher, I can remove and replace the PVC through the jug opening, or pull the gravel back, etc.

Thanks! Ha, ha! Yeah...if I can figure out a way to just use what I have...and if it works, I'm a happy camper...er, aquaponer! As soon as I have more than just a couple of minutes, I'll try to post it in the DIY group.

YAY! I am not the only one that makes my own bell siphon pumps etc. very good demo vid of it ;)
