Aqauponics just south of Ocala Florida December Duckweed Row Covers
Just getting beds started, have had frost in the area using row covers. Duckweed not doing well at all. Plants are doing well.

Lave rock is fine, be sure to test the lava rock for PH. Put some of the rock in some vinegar and see if it bubles up. Or put the rock in some know ph and then test the ph of the water after you add the rocks. Best to do this BEFORE you load up your grow beds.

Where can I find Hydroton locally. Shipping is a expensive. Ocala/Gainesville, Florida area?
