you are not doing anything but spreading fear for no reason!! The worms do not live through the freezing of sushi meats or the pickling process and are cooked to death in the cooking temps. You are a germ-phobe. The health dept has set strict guidelines for this purpose. You do have worms living inside of you, all of use do.
