I just have the fan plugged into a timer. It used to run 24/7 but Ive set the timer to only run the fan at 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. There by taking less heat, and moisture out of the room, and that alone raises the temperature of the room and the tanks.

Thank you for sharing the web links.

Dano, I am unfortunately a little slow to learn and understand the operations of your set up with this unit. Could you please explain how this blower operates...does it do it on its own power by being plugged in to an outlet or is it controlled by the air-vent in your house...(you do say you are saving electricity), and how does the temperature setting work? I am sure pretty elementary to many but it flew totally past me. Please help :-)
