Here's one place to start looking for IBCs in your area. There's a company in Santa Rosa which sells used ones as well, but I can't think of the name offhand. Also, sometimes it may be possible to cultivate a relationship with a company and get their empty ones. On person I know has done this with Dr. Bronner's soap. Good luck!
