Hi Philip. I am sorry to hear about your fish. I don't have tilapia. I am still rolling with training wheels and have 40 large goldfish. I live in kingsport TN, not far from you.
There is a member in Shady Valley, not far from you that might have tilapia? His name is Jim Fisk.
Good luck and post some pics, i would love to see what you are doing.
