I do not but I would be interested. The temp range in SoCal is wide. I lost all my fish (I was growing tilapias) this winter when the water temp dipped too low and I was not using heaters.
I am in California now. Working on a computer project.
If you are looking for Trout, Check the local fish and game commisson.
They are always looking for people to raise the fish for them to stock the streams.
They give you the fingerlings and the money/food to raise them.
You benefit from the free poo for your plants and they benefit from someone else raising their fish.
In Pennsylvania, the PA Game Commission contracts out to local farms all the time.
