<p>My wife and I have eaten no meat for over a week. It feels good! We've been doing a lot of juicing with our new Ninga blender. Turns leafy greens and fruit into a pretty filling meal. I have yet to loose any weight, but I feel really good.</p>

<p>Commercial, factory farming is very different from holistic practices. I gladly harvest, eat and share my animals. No need to give up meat, just buy from trusted farmers. But you are right. I too believe factory farm products should be boycotted.</p>
