Pravin, I am a newbie as well but I don't think that aquaponics is suitable for grey water treatment. Aquaponics is a closed system as far as water is concerned. What you need is a biofilter, which is only a part of an aquaponic system... You can find informations in the forum on biofiltration, have a look ...
