My wife and I are recently awakened to the necessity of living sustainably. We have 3 boys age 9, 6, 10 months. Its terribly difficult to eat healthy on a budget. We have started gardening but I know that aquaponics is the way to go. I am also researching renewable energy in various forms to produce our own electricity and auto/transportation energy. Basically we want to reduce our dependance on money as much as possible and teach ourselves and our kids how to be self sufficient. This is also an activity the whole family can get involved in.
