Hi Tyrone, I think there are a few folks in the Valley doing smaller in house systems. I think a few of the would like to use Tilapia. There is a Facebook page called Alaska Farm and Food that I have chatted with those folks on. For my application, koi are perfect. They can tolerate the temperature fluctuations in my greenhouse so I don't feels the need to push the law. Good luck and feel free to visit if you find yourself in Homer.
