I am a Namibian in the Southern part of Africa, 59 years old and has retired in March 2013.I was the first Mayor of Otjiwarongo after the Local Authority elections in 1992 and was in the service of the Municipality of Otjiwarongo. The past 10 years i was the Chief Executive Officer of the Municipality of Otjiwarongo. Our country went through a very severe drought that caused death because of hunger and diseases. That is the reason to start with the aquaponic project to feed the poor and the vulnerable people while also make it na commercial entity.
