- I learned about hydroponics while interning at "The Land" pavilion at Walt Disney World where we had a small aquaponics system in operation. After completing my internship I wanted to know more about aquaponics. I'm currently working on my master's in agricultural economics and rural development and hope to center my thesis around aquaponics.
