I'm the Aquaponic Farm Manager at the Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being, which has a 5,400 square foot greenhouse devoted to growing fresh produce and fish for distribution to the surrounding community. The campus, which is run by the Mental Health Center of Denver in partnership with several local organizations, promotes food as form of prevention, wellness, and healing.
