Please tell us something else about yourself.: I'm obtaining a master's degree is Sustainable Design, and will graduate in May. I'm currently writing my thesis which is focused on rooftop hydroponic greenhouses in urban cities and how they can improve food access and urban agriculture.

you should go to this if you can, it looks pricey but in the field of what you are doing.

I have a small aquaponics set up on my roof in center city. Its 8x4 feet system. I am raising gold fish for now and down the road Id like to raise Tilapia. I grew basil, kale and tomatoes in the summer, now that its winter Im just keeping my fish alive outside. I have two small water heaters hooked up in the fish tank so the water doesnt freeze in the cold temp. Its been going pretty well no leaks so far.
