Hi Gary We have white nile and blue tilapia for sale. From fry to fingerlings. Come and see. If you want to purchase fish at that time, bring a 5 gallon bucket, lid for bucket and an aerator for your fish. You can purchase an inverter at Lowes or Harbor freight to plug into your cigerette lighter. If you have your aerator pump already, make sure you have hose with an air stone, with this set-up you can travel hours without problems with your fish.. Or....you can purchase a battery operated air pump at Pet stores in Joplin, I think they are about $13.00. They work great for short distances You are probably about 40-50 minutes away from us. We are between Grove and Jay. Give us a call when you are coming. We would love to visit with you! Randy & Marie Serenity Springs Aquaponics 918-253-4911
Gary, I got my talapia in Kansas City. I just picked them up in November when I was up there for something else. My current system is in a greenhouse at Crowder College but I have set one up at home that is outdores. I have not added plants yet. I have not had any experiance as to how rain will effect the system so this will be a good experiment. My system in the greenhouse is working really well. I am using Koi for that one.
