How big is your fish tank?: 150 gallons approx. Dug underground and inside our greenhouse.

Please tell us something else about yourself.: I am growing tomatoes and basil just to get the system started. I am opening an Italian restaurant in Scottsdale and we are playing around with the possibility of growing some of the vegetables for the restaurant.

I also have http://moderngrower.com as a hobby site mostly, but I do place affiliate and Adsense links on it. I have built several subdomains for it like, http://do-it-yourself-hydroponics.moderngrower.com which explains how my system works.

I'm using a soda bottle aquaponics system my friends at http://remotegardener.com run. They and I came up with system and they've been growing with it for longer than I.

Thanks for joining the Aquaponic Gardening community! I hope you find it a fun place to explore aquaponics. There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions. Everyone is quite happy to help out new members--no question is too basic.

A great place to start is to read the “How to Use This Site” link on the upper right corner, “Start Here” section of the Home page. You might also find the “Aquaponic Gardening Rules of Thumb” guidelines helpful.
