You know, honestly I'm not involved enough in the process to give you solid information, but here's how I remember it going. Soak the wheat grain for a day, then spread out a cup of wheat grain onto a tray with drain holes on one side. The tray should be on a slight tilt for drainage. Water once a day until it gets to the desired height, then cut it off an juice it or feed the whole thing to the chickens.
