was jus wondering if there was any rationale because that is the way i saw Green Acre Organics plumb there fish tank.

I modified the system and so I re-piped around from where it was, I just did not want more hole in my tank.

No lime stone in the blue tank, I just add some calcium carbonate every couple of months.
